Honour of Padam Vibhushan!!!

Padam Vibhushan is awarded to recognize exceptional and extra ordinary service to Republic of India in any field. It has credit of being 2nd highest civilian award.
If above definition is true, do you think awards distributed in political arena for 2015 are fixed?
Pure bullshit and dishonour to so called PADAM VIBHUSHAN.

I'm glad that Indian freedom revolutionaries are not alive to see this.
